How quickly will you get back to me?
We aim to respond promptly, during and after business hours. If you call and Lee can’t pick up, he’ll phone you back as soon as he’s free.

Can I call after hours or on weekends?
Yes. Lee takes calls 24/7, including evenings and weekends. The office is open Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, but valuations and viewings happen at your home, so we can usually find a time that suits you.
Do I need an appointment to visit the office?
It’s best to call first. Lee spends much of the day out at homes, so a quick call makes sure someone is there to meet you.
